Previously, Mr Masud was involved with poultry production & feed manufacturing business in a small scale since 1997 with additional activities in real-estate business development & corporate strategy, agro processing, retail chain, integration, supply-chain and enhanced sustainable income of marginal producers with innovative solutions, inputs & empowerment.

Before that, he was in technical executive in French based multinational company “Rhone Poulenc Bangladesh Ltd” (ex Merial France /Aventis, ISA poultry genetics) with responsibilities to develop poultry, cattle, aqua and feed industries in Bangladesh.

In his long working journey he acquired practical knowledge, leadership, investment management, financial & risk management, PPP projects, G2G projects, private / public company & other ventures.

Mr Masud received Bachelor of Science in Animal Husbandry degree from the faculty of animal husbandry of Bangladesh Agricultural University in 1991.

He attended conferences, workshops, seminars, study tours, fairs, training program in Bangladesh, India, Thailand, Malaysia, China, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Canada, USA, Hong Kong, Moscow, Singapore, Vietnam & etc.
